How do your clients pay?
You choose for each service: they pay at the venue, leave a deposit when booking, or pay the full amount online. Card payments go to your account with Stripe Connect.
What can you manage with MyAgenda?
Real availability, a public profile, the marketplace, services, professionals, hours, branches, resources, clients, reminders, statistics, and the panel on the web and in the app.
Do I still fill the calendar through WhatsApp and the phone?
You do not have to. The client sees if there is a slot, chooses a service, professional, and time, and confirms. You receive the appointment in the calendar without stopping work or answering between clients.
What about people who book and do not show up?
MyAgenda sends reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before. If no-shows leave empty slots, you can ask for a deposit or full payment when they book.
Can two appointments land at the same time?
No. When a booking is confirmed, the professional and the resource are locked. The slot that is shown is the one that is booked.
Is it only for the owner, or can the team use it too?
The whole team. You add professionals, shifts, and time off, and you decide what each person can manage.
Do I lose bookings when I am busy or the venue is closed?
With online booking, the client confirms anyway. The calendar updates on its own, and you stop losing slots because you could not reply.
